| Our drawings are configured using
a combination of rules from countries throughout the world. The
result is drawings that will pass in the US and internationally
without any alteration - except for removal/translation of English
text when required.

| Drawings can be delivered digitally via
email, diskette or CD in Adobe® Acrobat® pdf or
tiff formats. We can also provide hard copy on bond, bristol
or vellum. |

| We are familiar with the USPTO Electronic Filing System
requirements and will provide compliant digital files upon request
|
|
| We are design patent experts. We're proud that our digital illustrations retain the "artistic
feel" of hand drawing and don't look computer generated. No job (and no perspective) is too difficult for our talented staff. CAD drawings, photos, engineering drawings, models, and actual objects are all acceptable source materials. Shading and phantom lines are easily removed for those countries that don't accept them. |

| When time or budget does not permit drawings, photos may be submitted for design applications. Our expertise with digital retouching enables us to remove limiting features and details for broader claims, as well as isolate the product from a background. |

| Another specialty, patents featuring computer screen shots can be expertly drawn or they can be cost effectively printed as photos on our archival inkjet printers!
This requires a special trick to "upsample" an image to avoid pixelation without losing detail,...and we've perfected it!

| Sometimes your drawings require color (must be petitioned for). Draftinc can create full color drawings and then print them on our color laser or archival inkjet printers. |

Utilizing our photo editing/retouching capabilities
We can:
- Remove limiting features for broader claims.
- Remove unclaimed objects from backgrounds.
- Place elements in different enviorments.
- Highlight/clarify important features.
- Create images for which you have no corresponding photo.

| Our huge library of typefaces enables us to match most fonts - eliminating the need for redrawing a logo. We can deliver trademarks in jpeg or gif formats for electronic filing, or in pdf or print for hard copy filing. |
