  1. Drawing submission - Clients submit drawings via mail, courier, fax or email.
  2. A Quote is given if requested.
  3. Drawings are entered into the Draftlink system with your due date. Draftlink is updated through each step of this process.
  4. The assigned draftsman completes the drawings and submits them for review.
  5. First round of proofing
  6. The illustrator makes corrections if neccessary.
  7. Second round of proofing.
  8. Drawings are emailed or shipped.
  9. Drawings are then readied for delivery - printed or "pdf-ed"
  10. Drawings are archived for auto-retrieval via DraftLink (if you participate), and for CD burning.
  11. Upon approval from the client, the job is billed.
  12. Drawings will remain on our server for 18 months (if you participate). All drawings remain on our internal systems for at least 2 months before being removed. 3 CD copies will exsist for the life of the patent.
