To better serve our clients, we have established the
following external and internal procedures. Included in this list of procedures
are the stages of a drawing project.
- Drawing submission - Clients submit drawings via mail, courier, fax or email.
- A Quote is given if requested.
- Drawings are entered into the Draftlink system with your due date. Draftlink is updated through each step of this process.
- The assigned draftsman completes the drawings and submits them for review.
- First round of proofing
- The illustrator makes corrections if neccessary.
- Second round of proofing.
- Drawings are emailed or shipped.
- Drawings are then readied for delivery - printed or "pdf-ed"
- Drawings are archived for auto-retrieval via DraftLink (if you participate), and for CD burning.
- Upon approval from the client, the job is billed.
- Drawings will remain on our server for 18 months (if you participate). All drawings remain on our internal systems for at least 2 months before being removed. 3 CD copies will exsist for the life of the patent.
