DraftLINK is an exciting new innovation in customer
service - available EXCLUSIVELY from Draftinc. It enables our customers
to track their work flow, check job status, and retrieve current and past
drawings. Just log in to your partition on our secure server with your
personal or corporate password. You'll then get access to your company's
database so you can:
- Check if and when a job was received.
- Which illustrator was assigned to the project and their contact info.
- Track the progress of your job.
- Read/write special annotations about a job.
- When complete, retrieve drawings via auto-reply email(additional
security applies).
- Search for past drawings.
- Allow temporary access to outside counsel or foreign agents with temporary
passwords.
